Mary Jo serves as Mid-Atlantic’s Chief Financial Officer. She manages the company’s finances and is responsible for all budgetary reporting. Her principal role is to oversee the planning, implementation, management, and function of all financial activities including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. She is tasked with assessing financial risks and opportunities and setting and tracking financial goals, objectives, and budgets. She develops the financial well-being of the company by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and advising pertinent staff.

Jonathan Guion, SIOR
Managing Broker, Jonathan Guion, SIOR comes to Mid-Atlantic Commercial with over 30 years of real estate experience specializing in commercial investment properties and development. Jonathan is a member of the Society of Office and Industrial REALTORS (SIOR) where he has served as an officer and state chapter treasurer for over 12 years. Jonathan earned his MBA in Finance from Old Dominion University and has very strong personal and professional ties to the Hampton Roads community. Jonathan serves as a member of Old Dominion University’s E. V. Williams Center for Real Estate Executive Advisory Board.
With over 20 years in commercial real estate, Monty shares his extensive experience in the sale and marketing of income-producing assets to Mid-Atlantic Commercial (MAC). Monty’s comprehensive background with income properties offers excellent opportunities for clients with 1031 exchange needs. His experience enables him to provide land clients with site identification and acquisition, rezoning, and plan approval. Monty and Mid-Atlantic Commercial offer all clients the benefit of a professional image within the local business community and local governments. Monty leads the self-storage division of MAC as the President and CEO of The Storage Acquisition Group. Monty has thorough expertise in land acquisition, including retail, multi-family, industrial, single-family, and self-storage development sites. One of the most successful real estate brokers and developers on the Peninsula, Buddy has experience in the development and construction of subdivisions, office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial buildings in Hampton, Newport News, York County and Poquoson. Among his many accomplishments are Tabb Lakes, Woods of Tabb, Skimino Landing Estates, Poquoson Shopping Center, and industrial buildings in Oyster Point of Newport News.
John Worley has been actively and successfully involved in local Real Estate for over 40 years. His resume includes extensive land acquisition, development and marketing both on a Local and Regional basis. Mr. Worley also specializes in the sale of improved or unimproved commercial locations.
Trey Ayers joined Mid-Atlantic Commercial as an intern doing research in the Hampton Roads market area in the summer of 2021. He then obtained his license in April 2022 and has started as an agent focusing on industrial properties. He currently a Finance major at Old Dominion University planning to graduate in the spring of 2023. Trey is eager to utilize his knowledge and commitment to assist future clients in the Hampton Roads area.
Derrick Boegner grew up in Southern California and spent his early real estate career in Los Angeles and San Diego focusing on retail and eventually corporate real estate strategic planning and transactions for an internationally known defense contractor with facilities throughout the United States.
Since 2004 he has been based in Virginia and has worked as a senior executive with asset management, leasing, and operating performance oversight for a publicly-traded real estate investment trust.
He began his association with Mid-Atlantic Commercial in 2018 to source and acquire targeted investment-grade properties for private equity firms and other investors. Derrick’s broad background in real estate operations, underwriting, negotiations, and results-oriented fair dealings enable him to add value while successfully leading and supporting his clients’ acquisition efforts.

Robert specializes in helping our clients sell and acquire single tenant, triple net lease, retail properties across the Hampton Roads area. These listings include such properties as drug stores, gas/convenience stores, auto parts stores, fast food restaurants, and dollar stores. As the former Director of Public Affairs for the Peninsula Housing & Builders Association, Robert acquired significant expertise in local land use policies, regulatory affairs and zoning issues. A native of York County, Robert remains active in the community by currently serving on the Board of Directors for the York County Boys & Girls Club.

Frank M. Galleher, III has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for the past 38 years and specializes in Retail Brokerage. He has worked for two REITs and represented Landlords and Owners in Virginia, North and South Carolina. His main concentration is Retail Representation. Frank has represented various Retailers throughout Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and North Carolina and is currently the Central Virginia Representative for Jersey Mike’s Subs, the Southern Virginia Representative for Sketchers and the Virginia Representative for Tractor Supply (Primax Properties LLC). He has a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1989, and is a past Retail Co-Chairman of the Southern Virginia ICSC Committee.

A.R. (Rick) Gregor, Jr. is a long- time real estate broker and developer in Virginia and North Carolina. Terry Allan Johnson
Terry Johnson, RAM, has extensive real estate experience. An active participant in the industry since 1973, Terry has served as a commercial leasing agent, a property manager and a senior property manager. He has also been involved with commercial land sales and construction management. He twice served as chairman of the Peninsula Apartment Council, receiving national recognition from NAHB’ s Multifamily Council for excellent programs during both terms. He has taught the Advanced RAM course in Peninsula for many years and holds the Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Certified Housing Management (CHM) certifications.
Collin McCue initially joined Mid-Atlantic Commercial as an intern after graduating from Old Dominion University where he majored in Real Estate Finance. During his internship he performed market research in the Hampton Roads area. He obtained his Virginia real estate license in August of 2022 and became a permanent member of the firm. Collin specializes in industrial properties located in Chesapeake and Suffolk. Lamont D. Myers
Lamont serves as Director of Development and manages a number of development-related affiliates of Mid-Atlantic. A former local economic development director, Lamont has been with Mid-Atlantic since 1995, specializing in complex land transactions. He is an authority on land use, zoning, and residential development. With over 40 years’ experience in the Hampton Roads market, Lamont has long-standing relationships with business and government leaders throughout the region and has served in leadership capacities for the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and The Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula.
Frederick C. Paris
Fred works with one of the largest private owners of self storage in the Country; helping to locate potential off market buying opportunities and helping the client consummate acquisition deals benefiting both sides of the transaction. He also deals with commercial property owners to market their buildings and land as well as business people looking for commercial property. Prior to joining Mid-Atlantic Commercial, Fred spent 25 years in economic development at the local, regional and state levels. Most recently, he was Vice President of Marketing for the Peninsula Alliance for Economic Development. During his tenure with the Alliance, he helped create 2,500 new jobs and $250 Million in new investment by companies such as Symantec Corporation, Nextel Communications, and the John Deere Vehicle Group.
Aly Fajardo Ramos
Aly Fajardo Ramos initially joined Mid-Atlantic Commercial as an intern doing research in the Hampton Roads market area. Aly holds a Virginia real estate license and in 2021 became a permanent member of Mid-Atlantic Commercial team, focusing on general commercial properties. Having graduated from the Strome College of Business with a major in Real Estate from Old Dominion University, Aly is eager to put his education and research into practice.
