Pam Arms brings a substantial background in residential and commercial real estate development and redevelopment to the Mid-Atlantic Storage Acquisition Group. In addition, Pam’s experience as a Self-Storage owner and manager; as well as her expertise in all phases of Self-Storage construction & management including zoning, permitting, planning, and specifications make her a particularly valuable member of the team.
For more than 33 years, Shelia Byers has dedicated her career to setting sales records and training and motivating dozens of highly successful sales agents. Shelia’s experience speaks volumes with more than 3,000 sales and 20+ projects under her belt – to date. Gaston Ledford joined the Mid-Atlantic Storage Acquisition Group Team in 2015 and has helped close on multiple facility portfolios all along the East Coast. As the Investment Property Analyst, Gaston’s primary functions within the team are storage research, sourcing new acquisition opportunities, and handling the various administrative tasks for the team. Gaston is currently combing the nation for owners who are ready to sell. Gaston is a recent graduate of the Virginia Military Institute where he received his B.A. in Economics and Business.
Fred Paris brings 40 years of experience in planning, economic development, and commercial real estate to the Mid-Atlantic Storage Acquisition Group. Fred has been responsible for 8 closings in Virginia and South Carolina to date, totaling 375,274 square feet, and has several other deals in the works up and down the East Coast. Fred’s philosophy is that friendly, courteous, and professional interaction with prospective clients will always lead to successful closings and a favorable experience for all concerned.
K. C. Spencer is a lifelong resident of the Peninsula and a graduate of Christopher Newport University with more than 15 years of familiarity with sales and marketing, residential and commercial real estate and property management. Fred Paris and Monty Spencer of Mid-Atlantic Commercial have brokered the sale of two self-storage properties in the Hampton Roads area for Prime Group Acquisitions, LLC. Fort Storage, a 101,000 SF facility located at 2649 Production Road in Virginia Beach was sold on December 19, 2014 for $8,500,000 and Greenwood Storage, a 62,305 SF facility located at 3959 Garwood Drive in Portsmouth was sold on December 20, 2014 for $6,950,000. The facilities are comprised of both climate and non-climate controlled units.
Fred Paris and Monty Spencer of Mid-Atlantic Commercial have brokered the sale of three self-storage properties in the Williamsburg Area for Prime Group Acquisitions, LLC. The three facilities, comprised of both climate and non-climate controlled units and representing over 180,000 gross square feet, are located at 5151 Mooretown Road, 6515A Richmond Road, and 9297 Pocahontas Trail. The facilities sold in May, 2014 for a total of $15,100,000.
Fred Paris and Monty Spencer of Mid-Atlantic Commercial have brokered the sale of two self-storage properties in New Jersey for Prime Group Acquisitions, LLC. The two facilities, totaling 77,325 SF and comprised of climate and non-climate controlled units, are located at 1005 Route 9 South & 3414 Bayshore Road, Cape May, New Jersey. The facilities sold on June 1st, 2015 for a total of $6,500,000.

The facilities, totaling 172,012 square foot and comprised of 1,350 climate & non-climate controlled units, are located at 4815 Station House Road in Chesapeake, 5868 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News, 5393 Mooretown Road in Williamsburg and 18539 Mary Ball Road in White Stone. The sale closed on January 29, 2016.

Both facilities are comprised of both climate and non-climate controlled units.
